A bare concrete floor stains, dusts, and wears unevenly over time. Epoxy coatings seal it into one seamless surface built to resist stains, hot tires, and heavy foot traffic without cracking or peeling, in garages, basements, and commercial spaces.
We mechanically grind the floor to open its pores so the epoxy has something to grip instead of sitting on top of a sealed surface.
Cracks and surface damage are addressed and the floor is cleaned of dust and debris.
The base epoxy coat is applied across the full floor for a seamless surface.
Color flake is broadcast into the wet coating where a flake finish is selected.
A clear topcoat seals the system and adds resistance to wear, stains, and hot tires.
Stained, dusting, or pitted concrete, a garage floor that's never been finished, or a commercial floor that needs to handle daily foot and equipment traffic are all good reasons to coat it. Epoxy also makes a basement or garage floor far easier to keep clean.
Most garage, basement, and commercial concrete floors are good candidates. The concrete does need to be structurally sound, since epoxy won't fix serious underlying damage.
A properly installed epoxy system is built to resist hot tire pickup along with stains and heavy foot traffic.
